Home Barista Basics

An espresso focused course for home baristas. This 2 hour course covers the basics so you can start replicating the cafe experience at home. We’ll cover the following topics:

• Water for espresso
• Coffee freshness
• Consistent tamping
• Espresso theory
• Dialing-in espresso
• Espresso sensory evaluation
